How we work

From first conversation to arrival

Every stage is reviewed before an accompanied arrangement is confirmed.

2

Documentation

Coordination with your veterinarian and applicable departure-country processes.

3

Airline, connections and animal acceptance considered together.

4

5

Arrival in Thailand

Arrival preparation and review of your final destination.

How we work

One point of contact. A plan around your pet.

Planning starts with the animal and the complete itinerary. A published route does not imply automatic airline acceptance.

Prepare before booking

Identification, veterinary history, carrier and itinerary must be reviewed together. The competent authorities and the airline determine the conditions for each journey.

Accompanied options; no manifest-cargo service.

Documents and preparation for Thailand

An EU pet passport alone does not replace Thailand’s entry documentation. Before booking, we review the animal’s identification and veterinary history together with the departure-country authority’s instructions and the arrival animal quarantine station’s process.

  • Consistent identification, owner and traveller details throughout the file.
  • Vaccination records, veterinary certificates and any case-specific testing.
  • The import permit and process specified by Thailand’s Department of Livestock Development (DLD).
  • Export certification or official endorsement applicable in the actual EU departure country.
  • Carrier, airline acceptance and alignment with document validity dates.

Dogs and cats: individual preparation

Species, breed, age, health, weight and carrier dimensions affect the options. PETC means travel in the cabin; AVIH means carriage in the conditioned hold on the accompanying traveller’s flight. We propose an option only when the operating airline accepts that animal and itinerary.

Arrival and onward planning

Bangkok, Phuket or another arrival point is assessed against the feasible itinerary. Allow for veterinary and customs checks and confirm any onward transfer. No exemption from quarantine or unconditional entry acceptance is promised.

Official sources for your journey

Always confirm current instructions for the individual animal and arrival airport before making binding bookings.

Before requesting an assessment

Does a published route guarantee pet space?

No. Options are assessed for the individual animal, dates, airline and itinerary.

Which departure countries does this guide cover?

EU member states only. The United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and other non-EU countries are outside this guide’s scope.

Should I book a flight before contacting you?

It is better to review animal acceptance, carrier and document timing first. A passenger reservation does not guarantee pet space.

Do you arrange manifest-cargo transport?

We do not offer manifest-cargo transport. We assess accompanied PETC or AVIH arrangements without bypassing airline or entry requirements.

Does this guide cover every European country?

No. It covers EU member states, including Spain, France and Germany. The UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and other non-EU origins are outside its scope. Availability remains itinerary-specific.
