Route assessment
Departure country, dates, pet profile and carrier.
We plan accompanied travel from Germany to Mexico, exclusively through MEX (Mexico City) or MTY (Monterrey). Documentation, SENASICA arrival checks and operating-airline acceptance are reviewed before an itinerary is confirmed.

Your pet’s characteristics, carrier and itinerary determine how we prepare the journey.

Planning starts with the animal and the complete itinerary. A published route does not imply automatic airline acceptance.
Tell us about your journey
For dogs and cats arriving from the European Union, SENASICA specifies a health certificate issued no more than 15 days previously, in original and copy. It must identify the animal, exporter and importer, give the departure and Mexican stay addresses, and record health status, applicable rabies vaccination and parasite treatments. The airline may require additional documents or a shorter validity window.
For departure from Germany, review Mexican documents with your veterinarian and, where needed, the Veterinäramt. Give the actual departure location and choose MEX or MTY.

Species, breed, age, health, weight and carrier dimensions affect the options. PETC means travel in the cabin; AVIH means carriage in the conditioned hold on the accompanying traveller’s flight. We propose an option only when the operating airline accepts that animal and itinerary.
Our air service in Mexico is limited to MEX, Benito Juárez International Airport in Mexico City, and MTY, Monterrey International Airport. SENASICA arrival checks must be prepared. Tell us about any onward ground destination for a separate assessment; this service does not offer flights to other Mexican airports.
Check current authority and airline instructions for your animal and actual itinerary before booking.
Answers to common questions about documents, preparation and accompanied travel.
Exclusively MEX in Mexico City and MTY in Monterrey. The airport and animal’s acceptance are confirmed for the actual itinerary. Any onward ground journey needs a separate assessment.
Do not assume it is. For arrival from Europe, we check the health certificate required by SENASICA and applicable documents. A passport may provide background records but does not automatically replace the certificate or inspection.
For origins such as the EU, SENASICA specifies a maximum age of 15 days. An airline may require a shorter window. We coordinate issue with the arrival date and any additional requirements.
We assess PETC or AVIH with an accompanying person on the same flight, according to the animal, breed, carrier and operating airline. A published route does not confirm a place. We do not offer manifest-cargo transport.
Every transit country and airline must be checked alongside Mexican requirements. A stopover may change the documents needed or the feasibility of the itinerary; this should be confirmed before booking.
Share the departure country, destination and pet details. We review feasible accompanied options before proposing a service.
Accompanied options; no manifest-cargo service.
