Departure is arranged with MIDA / MINSA, and EU entry is reviewed separately. For this non-exempt origin, check a result of at least 0.5 IU/ml from an EU-designated laboratory: sampling at least 30 days after primary vaccination and 90 days before certificate issue. Check the possible re-entry exception for a documented test before leaving the EU and continuous vaccination. If an official EU certificate is needed, schedule issue within ten days of entry checks. A return passport must demonstrate the applicable conditions; it does not automatically replace certification for a first entry.
Coordinate the export licence or certification and first-EU-entry health document with MIDA. MINSA’s statement that it requests no separate departure paperwork does not remove MIDA formalities or EU conditions.

Species, breed, age, health and carrier dimensions affect the options. We assess PETC in the cabin or AVIH in the hold with an accompanying person on the same flight; the operating airline must accept the animal and itinerary. Where an authorised person travels with the pet, we review their authorisation and its connection with the owner’s journey.
Identify France’s authorised entry point and customs presentation. Review French dog-category restrictions; if entering through another member state first, confirm the initial checks there. For France, we review the entry point, final destination and restrictions applying to certain dog breeds or types.
Read the current requirements and confirm the procedure for your animal and airport before booking.
