The 60-day entry validity requires current vaccination and does not replace preparation or EU-return deadlines.

3. Confirm the flight, carrier and arrival

The passenger booking does not confirm pet acceptance.Check carrier dimensions and preparationMeasure the animal and carrier, weigh them together and compare with the airline’s accepted conditions. Prepare ventilation, secure closure, absorbent lining and gradual familiarisation.Plan the checks and onward transferProvide the airport, final city and every connection. Confirm inspection with MAPA / VIGIAGRO and allow time for onward travel. The map illustrates the route and does not confirm a direct flight or pet space.

4. Review the folder before departure
