Route assessment
Departure country, dates, pet profile and carrier.
We coordinate departure from Thailand, entry documentation for France and accompanied-travel options. Before confirming a journey, we assess the animal, itinerary and preparation schedule.

Your pet’s characteristics, carrier and itinerary determine how we prepare the journey.

Tell us about your journey
Departure from Thailand and entry into the European Union involve separate procedures. Before booking, we review identification, rabies vaccination, antibody testing and the applicable preparation periods. An EU pet passport may support certain return journeys when it documents compliance; it does not automatically replace the paperwork for a first entry.
On arrival in France from Thailand, the animal and its documents must be presented to customs. If an authorised person accompanies it, we also review that authorisation and its connection with the owner’s journey. Specify the first EU entry point and your final town in France.

Species, breed, age, health and carrier dimensions affect the options. We assess PETC in the cabin or AVIH in the hold with an accompanying person on the same flight; the operating airline must accept the animal and itinerary. Where an authorised person travels with the pet, we review their authorisation and its connection with the owner’s journey.
Document and identity checks are planned for the first EU entry point, even when another flight or a ground transfer follows. The map is illustrative and does not represent a confirmed direct connection. For France, we review the entry point and national requirements, including restrictions affecting certain categories of dogs. Arrival in Paris or another city depends on the itinerary.
Confirm current requirements with the authorities and airline before booking. Publication of this guide does not guarantee admission or flight availability.
Answers to common questions about documents, preparation and accompanied travel.
Do not assume so. Travel from Thailand may require rabies antibody testing and preparation periods extending over several months. We review the dates and records before proposing travel.
Not always. A pet with an admissible passport and a valid antibody test documented before leaving the EU may have a different re-entry file. Documentary evidence and uninterrupted vaccination validity must be checked.
We assess accompanied options and check whether the movement meets the applicable conditions. The accompanying person’s authorisation and the owner’s journey must be reviewed; entry rules cannot be bypassed.
It is better to review documents, preparation periods, the carrier and airline acceptance first. A request does not confirm availability or a booking.
Yes. Give the actual departure point in Thailand and the final destination. The map is illustrative: it does not limit the service to a capital or confirm a direct flight.
Share the departure country, destination and pet details. We review feasible accompanied options before proposing a service.
